Ordering, Pickup & Payment
How do I place an order?
You can shop online anytime, visit us in person at 634 Old Post Road, Bedford, NY 10506, or call us at 914-234-7180. You’re also welcome to email in**@************************pe.com or use the contact form on our site, and we’ll be happy to help you find the perfect arrangement or gift.
Where is Bedford Village Flower Shoppe located?
We’re located at 634 Old Post Road, Bedford, NY 10506, in historic Bedford Village. You can reach us at 914-234-7180.
What are your shop hours?
Our flower market is open Monday–Friday from 10am to 5pm and Saturday from 10am to 3pm. We are closed on Sunday.
Is there a minimum order amount for delivery?
Yes. There is a $100 purchase minimum for local delivery. All orders are available for in-store pickup or local delivery.
What is your refund policy?
We take great pride in the quality of our work. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your arrangement, please contact us within 96 hours and we’ll replace it with a new arrangement or provide a full refund. For care questions, call us during business hours at 914-234-7180.
Flower Delivery
Do you deliver flowers outside of Bedford, and where?
Yes. We deliver Monday through Saturday to communities up to about 30 minutes from our shop. Delivery areas include Armonk, Bedford, Bedford Corners, Bedford Hills, Chappaqua, Cos Cob, Cross River, Goldens Bridge, Greenwich, Katonah, Mt. Kisco, New Canaan, North Salem, Pound Ridge, Purdys, Ridgefield, Somers, South Salem, Stamford, and Waccabuc. A full list of delivery areas is available on our website.
Do you offer same-day flower delivery?
Yes, we offer same-day flower delivery. To qualify, orders must be placed before 3pm Monday–Friday and before 12pm on Saturday. Call us at 914-234-7180 as soon as possible to place your order.
What happens if the recipient isn’t home during delivery?
Don’t worry — we call before delivery to confirm the recipient will be home.
Do you ship flowers or gifts?
We do not currently ship our products. All flower arrangements and gifts are available for in-store pickup or local delivery. You’re welcome to shop online or visit us in person to make your selections.

How will my flowers arrive?
All of our flower arrangements are fresh-cut and made the same day of delivery.
Where do your flowers come from?
We source our flowers from the highest-quality growers. Sometimes they come from Italy or Holland, and other times from a farm in upstate New York — wherever they are the freshest, in-season picks.
How do I keep my flower arrangement fresh?

Weddings & Special Events
How far in advance should I order my wedding flowers?
To ensure we can fulfill your order to your exact specifications, we recommend booking your wedding flowers 6 to 12 months in advance.
Is a consultation required for weddings?
Yes. We begin with a complimentary phone call to make sure your budget and vision are aligned. From there, our florists schedule a consultation that includes a full review of your detailed proposal, so all your needs and expectations are met.
What is your wedding flower pricing?
Our average wedding order is between $12,000 and $15,000. We provide an “à la carte” proposal that breaks out every element and detail of the wedding.
What types of special events do you provide flowers for?
We provide flowers for a wide range of special events, including communions, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, bridal showers, baby showers, birthdays, private parties, galas, horse shows, weddings, corporate events, and holiday parties.
Are special event florals customized or sold as set packages?
All of our flower packages are fully customized to your exact specifications and ideas.

Do you offer flower subscriptions?
Yes. With a monthly flower subscription, you’ll always have fresh-cut, beautiful arrangements in your home. Sign up and let us do the rest.
Do you offer floral design classes?
Yes. We host floral design classes at our Bedford Village flower market. Stop by or check our website for upcoming classes and events.
